Attention Mandatory use of Face Mask. Corona virus sign vector.

Due to the ever changing nature of COVID-19 within our country and our state, Panaceum Group aim to be proactive.

In doing so, we attempt to protect the safety and wellbeing of all patients, visitors and staff and will be introducing mask mandates at our premises commencing 27th January 2022.

From this date fabric, surgical and N95 masks will be acceptable.

From the 5th February only surgical and N95 masks will be required.

Children under the age of 12 years do not need to wear a face mask. People who have a physical or mental illness, condition or disability which makes wearing a face mask unsuitable are also exempt from the requirement.

Due to the shortage of PPE in general, we are unable to supply masks to you.

Masks will need to be obtained and supplied by patients.

Masks can be found in various types of locations including pharmacies and retail outlets.

Access to masks is likely to be fluctuant.

Where you are unable to provide your own mask, you will be offered a telehealth appointment instead of a face to face appointment.

We thank you for assisting in keeping our community safe.
