Anne Johnston

Diabetes Educator

I am an accredited pharmacist and completed my post graduate certificate in Diabetes Education and Management at the University of Technology Sydney in 2017. I have previously completed a post graduate diploma in Clinical Pharmacy and Resources Management at the University of Manchester before moving to Australia.

I have lived in Karratha since January 2017 and worked in community pharmacies and the Aboriginal Medical Centre since moving to the area.

I have practised pharmacy in both hospital and community settings in both Australia and the United Kingdom have a special interest in health promotion and disease prevention.

Chandlyr Kulpa


Chandlyr was raised in Chicago in the United States and graduated from the University of Texas in Austin with a Bachelor’s in Science of Nutrition. She went on to study further to become a qualified Dietitian in 2017 and gained experience in the clinical setting in Texas. Chandlyr emigrated to Western Australia in 2019, obtained her dietitian accreditation in Australia and continued her career in dietetics. Chandlyr has a strong interest in chronic disease management, clinical nutrition and weight management. She is committed to providing evidence-based care with an individualised approach, and helping everyone reach their health and nutrition goals. Chandlyr has family located in Karratha and is excited to be able to provide services to the Karratha community as well as throughout Pilbara.

Wame Gofamodimo

Psychologist - B.A. Psych, M. Psych

Wame is a warm and friendly therapist with over 10 years experience in the field of psychology. She is a dedicated psychologist who adopts an evidence-based, individualised approach to help her clients to gain meaning from their experiences, understand and overcome challenges that interfere with their well-being, and learn skills to improve their quality of life. Wame's key areas of interest and expertise include but are not limited to the following:

Alison Pitts


Alison graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine and a Bachelor of Science (Genetics). Alison has a strong interest in diabetic foot care, wound prevention & management and community health. Alison is committed to providing evidence based podiatric care and finding the most appropriate treatment plan for each individual.

Lara Reynolds

Visiting Podiatrist (Principal)

Lara is the Principal Podiatrist, who has over 18 years’ experience working in private practice having completed her Podiatry degree at Curtin University in 2001. Lara is based in Geraldton and provides visiting services and support to the Podiatry team in Karratha. Lara has an interest in diagnosing, treating and managing chronic pain and sporting injuries. She has gained experience in dry needling and joint mobilisation therapy to compliment her knowledge of biomechanics, rehabilitation programs and orthotic therapy to treat disorders of the feet.
